Marco Rubio exited a vehicle in Lisbon, Portugal to continue a tour focused on strengthening US partnerships. The itinerary had him in Athens yesterday and Iceland the day before prior to arriving in Lisbon today. The stated objective of the tour is ensuring allies contribute their share, an action attributed to President Trump's directive. WE LOVE MARCO #MarcoRubio
