if the State Emergency Service is right, the Russian army just went after both power and port infrastructure in the Odessa region. the port is dead now, which kills trade, and with warehouses destroyed there's nothing to stock the shelves anyway. plus no electricity on top of all that. keep hitting like this and the war doesn't last much longer.
