Wild how Brazil is learning this, a population can put communism in place by ballot but the same ballot won't remove it.
The army got everything it wanted when the constitution was drafted so theyre not lifting a finger, and forget guns, that vote already got shut down, plus the capital sits in the middle of nowhere
