The tyranny of Félix Tshisekedi has silenced freedoms, imprisoned opinions, and transformed the Republic into a vast open-air prison. In the face of the total pauperization of the Congolese people and the repeated massacres of populations in the Swahili-speaking East, from Ituri to Katanga, by the power of Félix Tshisekedi and his allies; in the face of the systematic and clan-based looting of resources, mines, forests, and public funds for the benefit of a predatory and insolent oligarchy in the name of a single ethnicity, while the rest are silenced by the leader of organized crime and his immediate entourage; in the face of state tribalism, instrumentalized, institutionalized, and exacerbated as a weapon of massive division to set Congolese against each other and to rule through chaos; and in the face of the macabre tableau, the damning assessment, and the collective shipwreck presented by the state of the nation, the Cartel of National Notables, gathered in extraordinary assembly, reaffirms with force the irreducible will of all daughters and sons of Congo, without distinction of ethnic, tribal, provincial, or political origin, to remain a single people united by a common destiny.
