Indonesia leads with 70.5 percent followed by Myanmar at 70.2 percent. Bangladesh comes next at 60.6 percent then Chile with 49.2 percent. China reports 47.7 percent and South Africa stands at 46.8 percent. Greece has 45.3 percent while Sri Lanka shows 43.2 percent. Malaysia is at 42.7 percent and Thailand at 42.5 percent. Egypt records 42.3 percent with Kazakhstan close behind at 42.2 percent. India has 42 percent and the Philippines 41.6 percent. Turkey shows 41.5 percent and Ukraine 41 percent. Russia is listed at 40.9 percent and Iraq at 40.8 percent. Serbia reaches 40 percent with South Korea at 38.2 percent. Croatia has 37.9 percent and North Korea 37.5 percent. Cambodia reports 37.4 percent while Algeria is at 36.3 percent. France stands at 36 percent and the UAE at 35.6 percent. Romania and Israel both have 35.2 percent. Hungary is at 34.8 percent and Pakistan at 33.6 percent. Portugal shows 33.3 percent with Japan at 33.2 percent. Saudi Arabia records 31.2 percent and the United States 30.9 percent. Austria has 30.4 percent and Poland 30.3 percent. Germany reports 29.9 percent while Spain is at 29.1 percent. Argentina stands at 28.2 percent and Switzerland at 27.8 percent along with Singapore. Italy has 27.1 percent and Belgium 26.9 percent. Ireland shows 26.1 percent with the Netherlands at 25.6 percent. Iran is at 24.6 percent and Canada at 22.7 percent. Brazil records 21.5 percent and Mexico 21.2 percent. The United Kingdom has 21.1 percent while Finland stands at 21 percent. Australia reports 18.7 percent and Denmark 18.4 percent. Norway is at 15.5 percent and Nigeria at 9 percent. Ethiopia shows 8.3 percent and Sweden has the lowest at 6 percent.
