    Student loans stealing retirement savings

@gigliolaStudent loan debt is staggering. 45 million Americans owe a combined $1.8 trillion, more than the entire economy of Mexico. According to a Fidelity study, people over 50 carrying student debt have 30% less saved for retirement compared to those without it. And it's not because they're bad with money; every dollar that goes toward loan payments is a dollar that never gets invested or saved for the future.

The image shows a graphic about student loans from Memes & Markets. The focus is on a series of three alarming scenes related to student loans. The first scene shows a broken pink piggy bank chained to a ball and chain, representing financial burden. The second scene depicts a group of graduates looking up, possibly in concern or uncertainty. The third scene features a house and car crushed by a credit score gauge, symbolizing the impact on credit and major purchases. The mood/style is serious and alarming. Notable visual elements include the broken piggy bank, the concerned graduates, and the crushed house and car. The on-screen text reads "STUDENT LOANS ARE STEALING YOUR RETIREMENT", "45 MILLION AMERICANS OWE MONEY ON STUDENT LOANS", and "THERES ANOTHER PART TO THE STORY". The Memes & Markets logo appears in the top left corner. At the bottom, it says "Understand Markets. Build Wealth. Live Free."
