The image is a movie poster featuring two animated characters. A distressed figure in the foreground is looking up at a larger, serene face in the background. The mood is dramatic and unsettling, with a distinct anime aesthetic. A notable detail is the intense gaze of the larger face and the sharp, angular lines of the distressed figure.
