After the stream they made out and had s-x while she was “really drunk.” She said she did not verbally consent but did not tell him to stop. The next morning she woke to him already having s-x with her and said she had not consented to either encounter. Police reviewed livestream clips (both appearing flushed; her remark about being drunk) and Uber records linking Clavicular to the ride. No forensic exam was done. She later told a friend only part of the story. Officers could not reach Clavicular by phone in late August. The investigator found probable cause based largely on her intoxication and the alcohol allegation. Arraignment is set for October 14, 2026 in Orleans District Court.
