@FootynewsOmar Artan got $40,000 from FIFA. That's the whole payout for a Somali referee whose entry to the United States was denied before the 2026 World Cup. FIFA had told him he'd get what the selected tournament referees get, and then that didn't happen. For context, refs at the World Cup pull a $70,000 base plus extra for every match they work. Which leaves a $30,000 gap between the promise and the deposit. That's the scandal right there.

The image is a collage featuring a soccer referee, Donald Trump holding the FIFA World Cup trophy with Gianni Infantino, the FIFA logo, and the World Cup trophy in front of flags from Canada, Mexico, and the United States. The mood is a mix of sports and political commentary. The referee's uniform has "FIFA" and "2025" visible.
