The image is a split screen featuring two men. On the left, a man in a suit and red tie stands in front of the American and Ohio flags. On the right, a man in a military uniform with gold epaulets and insignia looks directly at the camera. The mood is formal and serious. The man on the right is wearing glasses and has a grey beard.
