The image focuses on a political announcement with a bright red background. Two hands hold up a book titled "CONSTITUIÇÃO" which has the Brazilian flag design on its cover. Large white text proclaims "É OFICIAL!" and "A ESCALA 5X2 COMEÇA NO DIA 15/12!". The mood is celebratory and informative, likely for a political party or movement. The PT PAULISTA logo is visible in the top right corner.
