The shareholders lawsuit against WWE that had been scheduled to start next Monday has been taken off the court calendar. Attorney for the shareholders Greg Varallo announced late Friday afternoon that the planned four day trial no longer appears on the Delaware Chancery Court schedule. No explanation for the removal has been provided so far. Varallo chose not to offer any further comment. (Bloomberg Law)
