I mean, Jungkook was literally there for Jimin the whole time. He supported him in real time by being by his side in the military. Jungkook was also the first member to hear "Who" and told Jimin he liked it and that it was going to be big. He listened to and reacted to all of Jimin's releases on livestreams. Even during the solo era when they weren't working together, Jungkook never stopped supporting Jimin.
