Edward Norton declined a credit for his portrayal of King Baldwin IV in the 2005 film Kingdom of Heaven. Because the character is afflicted with leprosy and appears in a silver mask, Norton felt that removing his name from promotional materials and the opening credits would help maintain the king's enigmatic presence.
