Al Jazeera blocked in Pakistan

Pakistan blocked Al Jazeera English a day after its Information Ministry labeled the network's Kashmir election coverage 'yellow journalism' from 'external actors.' No official reason given. Kamal Hyder's Muzaffarabad reporting showed empty streets amid a boycott, with locals saying up to 80 killed in unrest since June. Foreign reporters also need approval to work outside Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, which includes Kashmir. #Pakistan #AlJazeera
