ICE has moved to take custody of Felipe Alvarado Hernandez. He is the illegal immigrant accused of plowing a pickup truck into a crowd in Nashville. The 47-year-old allegedly struck four pedestrians on a sidewalk and then fled the scene. Police arrested him more than a month later. Charges include leaving the scene and driving with a revoked license. One victim was still in a burn unit as of late July.
