Modi meets Pezeshkian in Bishkek

The meeting between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Iranian President Pezeshkian took place in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. During the discussion, Modi stated that India wants to expand and diversify our trades basket in the times to come while reaffirming a commitment to strengthening India's long standing friendship with Iran. The diplomatic exchange suggests India is not overly concerned about U.S. sanctions regarding trade with Iran. This observation comes from a post by narendramodi written by Michael.
