Uruguay takes the top spot with a score of 1.754, followed closely by Chile at 1.826 and Costa Rica sitting in third with 1.860. Paraguay rounds out the top four with 1.882, while Argentina holds fifth place at 1.922. Panama comes in sixth with 1.976, Guatemala seventh at 2.025, and the Dominican Republic eighth with 2.038. Bolivia is ninth with 2.054, Honduras tenth at 2.075, and Nicaragua eleventh with 2.107. Peru ranks twelfth with 2.120, Cuba thirteenth at 2.139, and El Salvador fourteenth with 2.264. Brazil lands fifteenth with 2.333, Venezuela sixteenth at 2.516, and Ecuador seventeenth with 2.539. Mexico is eighteenth with 2.650, Colombia nineteenth at 2.735, and Haiti finishes the list of twenty countries with a score of 2.755.
