Week 2 of the NFL season was an absolute nightmare for young quarterbacks. The injury bug hit the league hard, taking down some of the game's most exciting young signal-callers. The bad luck continued right into Monday Night Football. On the very first offensive series of the game, Giants QB Jaxson Dart went down with a highly concerning knee injury. While Dart was fortunately able to walk off the field under his own power, he was quickly taken to the locker room. Dart's early exit on prime-time television was just the latest blow in a weekend filled with them. On Sunday, the Bears lost QB Caleb Williams to a hamstring injury that forced him to be visibly upset and carted off to the locker room. To make matters even worse, Commanders QB Jayden Daniels was also carted off the field after suffering a dislocated left elbow. Seeing three highly anticipated young franchise quarterbacks go down with significant injuries in the exact same week is a massive gut punch for the entire NFL. Prayers up for all 🙏
