Harvey Weinstein sentenced 15 years

Harvey Weinstein got a new 15 year prison term after a conviction for a criminal sexual act with Miriam Haley back in 2006. This comes after his original 23 year sentence from 2020 was wiped out when that conviction got overturned in 2024, meaning the previous penalty no longer stands and he is serving this fresh term instead.
