23 terms defined by what's missing

Twenty-three terms, and every one of them comes down to something missing. No money is poverty. No jobs is unemployment. No education is illiteracy. No food is starvation. No water is drought. No shelter is homelessness. No resources is scarcity. No proper nutrition is malnutrition. No development is underdevelopment. No care is neglect. No interest is apathy. No knowledge is ignorance. No sleep is insomnia. No cleanliness is filth. No order is chaos. No harmony is discord. No freedom is oppression. No justice is injustice. No equality is inequality. No safety is insecurity or danger. No peace is conflict. No efficiency is inefficiency. No clarity is ambiguity. That's the whole list. Some of these hit close to home, some are global, but the pattern never breaks. Everything on it is defined by absence.
