Ariela return strategy discussion

Mônica floated the idea that Ariela might just leave on her own before pivoting to argue they should keep her anyway. She drew a parallel to when they held onto Alfredo for a specific week, noting she told them then they'd get him next time. Jottapê signed off on the plan with a specific condition: the moment Ariela falls in the front area, they remove her immediately. Mônica insisted the group becomes very strong by keeping Ariela since she didn't return with honors. There was also the detail of an overheard conversation where Galisteu told Ariela her comeback is a second chance from the public and an opportunity to wake up to the game. Mônica mentioned overhearing this while sleeping as Ariela spoke to Maíra about it. That explains why Ariela came back quietly and slipped in the shadows instead of making a loud entrance.
