Inio Asano Shiina Mota memorial visual

The "You meet siinamota" Pop-Up Store Event is set for Oct 17-18, 2026 at Fandom Akiba in Tokyo, and the whole thing exists to push the release of "Shoujo A." Inio Asano, the artist behind "Goodnight Punpun," put together a brand new visual for a memorial project honoring Vocaloid composer Shiina Mota, who wrote that song. She was only 20 when she passed in 2015, and her influence on Vocaloid as a whole still holds up as some of the biggest the scene has seen. Image © Inio Asano.
