Our Youth is the Japanese one about young love, vulnerability and that raw emotional pull. The On1y One, from Taiwan, earns its spot on cinematography and performances, plus a slow-burn arc that takes its time. Love in the Big City is Korean and doesn't flinch, sitting with queer identity, loneliness and a more grown-up kind of storytelling. Unknown, also Taiwanese, lives in complicated feelings and the kind of emotional bond that lingers. I Hear the Sunspot is the gentle Japanese entry, all about understanding and actually talking to each other. My Stand-In brings the Thai drama: obsession, betrayal, heartbreak, second chances.
