Yahoo Finance put out a ranking of the world's richest politicians and the spread is wild. Vladimir Putin tops it at $200 billion, then Alexander Lukashenko at $9 billion, Donald Trump at $7.2 billion and Kim Jong Un at $5 billion. Xi Jinping sits fifth at $1.5 billion, flagged as an estimate, with Teodoro Obiang Nguema sixth at $600 million. Three names share seventh at $500 million apiece: Paul Kagame, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Ilham Aliyev. Cyril Ramaphosa lands tenth at $450 million, William Ruto eleventh at $400 million, then the numbers shrink fast. Emmanuel Macron twelfth at $31.5 million, Mark Carney thirteenth at $21.5 million, Volodymyr Zelensky fourteenth at $20 million.
