Hasan is calling out Robby Soave for a legal assessment that claims the defamation case against Scott Jennings is unwinnable because of his public figure status, past remarks, and the hurdle of proving malice. He describes Soave's position as knowing it is false yet acting in a partisan manner anyway. Hasan insists he has spent his entire professional life fighting against white supremacy and finds the analysis insufferable nonsense. The frustration extends to commenters who dismiss content by claiming it is out of context. He questions why people who claim to dislike the out-of-context game do not offer support when it happens to him. It feels like they can't just take a breath and admit this is probably a bridge too far while behaving in such a nasty way.
