Startup exposes NVIDIA GPU waste

A company claims the perceived AI GPU shortage might be completely wrong, even as everyone spends trillions under that assumption. The argument is that up to 80% of GPU capacity can sit idle while trillions are still being poured into new GPU CapEx. The compute already exists it's just trapped and underused. To address this, they just raised $13M to virtualize GPUs and unlock it. If successful, the biggest AI infrastructure bottleneck isn’t “not enough GPUs” but rather that we’re wasting the ones we already have. NVIDIA built the gold, and now startups are figuring out how to mine every last ounce of it.
