Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner are recounting a wild experience working with a French director who had serious trouble communicating in English. The guy would say the weirdest things on set because he couldn't get his point across properly. He told Amy something very inappropriate, saying he loved that very much and he would now take you from behind. Amy's response was quick and sharp: she said she thought he mistook her but clarified she would take him from behind if he used a camera instead. Jeremy adds more chaos to the story where the director claimed he was going to come very close to Amy to focus them. Turns out he meant f*** us, not focus us.
