The wrap-up of the joint-arms field exercise Hard Punch III had H.E. Paul Kagame as the guest of honor. He came in his capacity as President of the Republic of Rwanda and Commander-in-Chief of the RDF, with the 3rd Division of the Rwanda Defence Forces leading the drill.
