Destiny on Hasan Twitch history
Destiny calls out Hasan for "skin walking" his Twitch career and for not mentioning him once in his journey as a streamer Shows that Piker's first big break on Twitch came immediately following his conversation with Destiny (~100 to 1000+ viewers) "I don't think people sometimes realize how dramatic the timelines are..in Oct he came to talk to daddy Destiny..Twitch platform was basically anti-SJW gamer bros until I spent 2 years tirelessly working to bring politics to the space..I platformed him and prepared the space in such a way to make political views like his even tolerable"

The commentary side of it was unbelievably right-wing, which, you know, unfortunately still is, right? And there was this attitude at the time of, like, the hysterical social justice warrior, the woke scold, all this stuff. And I knew that that wasn't the case. I think you could just be progressive without, you know, constantly making a big fuss about whatever kind of media people were consuming. That's so crazy how he fucking skinwalks my shit one-to-one. It's so insane. I mean, yeah, imagine if you could do left-wing commentary in a right-wing gaming space without being super soy and cringe about it. Wouldn't that be crazy? I think I hit my career peak on January 6th. The first time, it was like that was even—I had an even bigger audience than election night at that point. Wow. Yeah, January 6th was like a whole-day experience. I'm sorry. I don't think people sometimes realize how dramatic the timelines are on this. This is a thing, okay? Okay. When Hassan came to talk to me about his debate with Charlie Kirk, this YouTube video got uploaded on, it was in October. Okay. I think it was mid-October. This video got uploaded October 24th, 2018. All right. He tried to stream for maybe six months beforehand I think this he started kind of um he started in March Yeah Um I think this one might've gotten over and peaked a little bit over 200 for the most part is like under, I think these are all concurrent under a hundred viewers. And then in October, Oh, we came to talk to daddy destiny. Ah, um, this is when we had our first conversation. He wanted to chat about how the Charlie Kirk interview went. but it's just it's funny that he skinwalks me this is october of 2018 before anybody really knows who he's on twitch my debate with john tron was in march of 2017 and this was like the peak confrontation gaming moment between like blossoming burgeoning left-wing i guess gaming commentary versus like the massively predominant right-wing neo-nazi gamer gate adjacent whatever the fuck was going on in the Gamer community at the time. There's like a year and a half before anybody even fucking knew who he was on Twitter. Just crazy how much he skinwalks my history on this platform, but Jesus. Also he would have killed himself if he would have tried to stream in this environment. I wonder if his fans literally believe he paved it on his own. A lot of them probably do because they're newer fans and they just don't know anything about me except for what the crazy shit that he says about me.
