OpenUI 1.0 agent UI framework

von Nate: Framework

The Formula 1 demo is the part where OpenUI's whole pitch clicks. Tell the agent "Russell is Mercedes' real number one" and it doesn't write you four paragraphs of argument. It pulls up the pit wall instead: a head to head card with Antonelli and Russell, the points gap charted race by race, and a Grand Prix counter showing what's still on the table. The dashboard *is* the reply. That's the framework that just reached 1.0, six months after openuidev put it out as open source. The idea is getting agents out of the text box. Compatible with any language model, and instead of dumping walls of paragraphs into a chat window it answers with actual product components, live maps, chart views, detailed forms with editable dropdowns and inputs that are ready to submit, you name it. Traction since then: 10K+ stars on GitHub and more than 6M downloads. Free and open source, repo's in the thread
