The more I thought about voiceover, I was like, actually, behind the mic, that's, you know what, that's better. I had been a theater kid most of my life, and at the point where I really fell in love with voiceover, I was living in Japan, and I was doing, you know, some music stuff here and there, backup singing, lounge singing. The main job I had was children's musicals touring Japan, and here and there, I would get, like, little voiceover jobs, either promo stuff or narration, and then for the children's musicals that I did, I got to do some character voices. And the more I did with voiceover, the more I just loved it so much. I think it was as far as the character voices goes, I could match the character voices. And I thought that I could become better at that. You know, if I practice and learn more about voiceover, I thought it might be something that I could be good at. The more I thought about it, the more I realized that the voiceover jobs that I might want are in cartoons and video games. And Like, that's a whole career path that I hadn't really considered when I was in college. I was thinking like, oh, is it on camera or is it on stage? What are we going to do here? The more I thought about voiceover, I was like, actually, behind the mic. That's, you know what, that's better.
