Claude camera moves cheat sheet

    von Vojtech: Tech

Naming the shot is the whole game when Claude makes video. A Japanese developer laid out the difference: type "make it look cinematic" and you get something generic back, but spell out the camera work and the output changes shape entirely. Each term carries its own effect, which is why the words have to be in the prompt. The working vocabulary runs from pan, tilt, dolly in and zoom in through tracking shot, orbit and crane up, then dolly zoom (the Vertigo effect), rack focus, handheld, FPV and dutch angle, closing with slow motion, speed ramp, time-lapse and freeze frame. Swap in one of those and the result stops looking like every other clip. Worth keeping on hand for the next video generation session.
