Scott Jennings CNN Second Amendment muskets

    von Flint: Scott Jennings

Scott Jennings brought receipts on CNN. Abdul El-Sayed had put out a video a couple of days before saying the Second Amendment covers only muskets, and Jennings wasn't letting the panel memory-hole it. A CNN panelist jumped in with "That's not how he framed it!!" El-Sayed's answer was that bringing his commitment to the Constitution into question is beneath this. Then you get his own words: they promised the right to bear arms, they had muskets, so yeah, everyone should have equal rights to a musket. Jennings was right. El-Sayed reads the Second Amendment to benefit the people he calls tyrannical gun grabbers, and he's apparently not familiar with the Supreme Court's Heller decision. Why would he be. His focus is on implementing Sharia Law, not the Constitution.

To bring into question my commitment to the Constitution is really beneath it. His talk about the Constitution is kind of interesting because just a couple of days ago he put out a video saying that the Second Amendment of the Constitution only applies to muskets. So he clearly has no real respect for the U.S. Constitution. That's not how he does that. That's a terrible point. They promised the right to bear arms. They had muskets. So yeah, everyone should have like equal rights to a musket.
