Zelenskyy 75% territory ceasefire condition

    von Gigliola: Volodymyr Zelenskyy

A number is the part that lingers. Zelenskyy (ZelenskyyUa) told Fox News he could sign off on an agreement provided Ukraine holds onto at least 75% of its land, and he'd take a ceasefire with the front lines parked where they sit. Speaking that figure aloud hands the other side a spot to open the bargaining from. A line that stops moving just parks the fighting, it doesn't finish it. Steve Witkoff, the US envoy, sat down with Russian officials the same day as the peace talks push ahead. M&M News

Zelensky, open to freezing the war, apparently, he told Fox News that he would accept a ceasefire that freezes the front lines where they are now. He said he could agree to a deal if Ukraine keeps at least 75 percent of its territory. Wow, that's messed up. Let's hear him say it. Would you accept a peace deal that freezes everything the way it is right now, where you still keep 75 percent or more of your country, regardless of how it started? Would you accept where it is right now? Yes. Right now we have to freeze. And I think this is a real way to end this war. Wow. That's fascinating to me. Why? 75% of your country. Cool. And then coming out in public and saying that, It like I don know if I fighting you and you like yeah I cool with losing 70 or 25 of my college I like okay let put that to 60 50 You know what I mean Like you put yourself in a weird negotiating spot there in my eyes I'm not a world leader. Yeah, it's another thing that doesn't get brought up in the news nearly as much because there are so many other things going on, like Iran and all that stuff, but there's still a pretty crazy war going on there, you know what I mean? And the drone warfare there has just been crazy. crazy like it's i remember when those those videos were going around twitter and stuff like that oh my goodness this messed up horrific yeah dude not end just freeze yeah like yeah yeah on top of that freeze it where it is at 75 of the country so that in a couple years you can take a little bit more if you want yeah when we reload the supplies to burn through and everything like that Yeah. Yeah, for real, Brian. Like, it's super, super sad. I remember seeing the videos also of people in Russia, like, not going. They like getting conscripted I guess is the word or whatever where they like going out and rounding up the young men people are hiding and stuff or people like breaking their arms and crazy stuff uh because i mean i know i would not ain no chance you got me out here with the drones bro yeah i don't i think they're gonna have a really hard time unless they make unless the world's really bad and it's like one of the few places to get work but besides that i think it's gonna be hard pressed to get people to join the military man yeah yeah i think around the world it's tough tough tough our generation is not about that life no because uh tux i think he's only publicly agreeing with it to put the ball back in putin's court so playing the optics war i just feel like you're giving him a chance to say no to that though. Like, I don't like, I don't know. To me, it's weird. It's like, why? I totally cool with 75 between my injury Okay Well I got more guns so Are these confirmed numbers That's crazy. If true. 1,500 guys every day? Where did you get that stat from, Esko? And how many people live in Russia, period? 500,000 a year. That's crazy. Oh, wow. They got a lot of people in Russia. Dang. I didn't realize that they were that big how many is it 143 million okay see that's crazy Brazil is bigger which is fascinating to me in terms of people I'm sure the warmer climate helps with that a lot of Russia is probably you can't live in it no doubt about that but that's a big country it's a lot of folks Charlotte officers resign over racist text messages.
