Kaikai Kitan

Eve released "Kaikai Kitan" as the digital single on October 3, 2020, serving as the first opening theme for the anime series Jujutsu Kaisen. The track runs for three minutes and thirty-nine seconds and blends J-pop with rock and electronic elements. Its title translates to "Cycle of Mystery" or "Strange Tales of Return," a fitting descriptor for the supernatural narrative it accompanies.

The song reached number one on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart and peaked at number seven on the Billboard Global 200. In Japan, it climbed to number two on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 before earning Platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan. The track appears on Eve's 2020 album Smile and was produced by NabeL alongside the artist himself.

MAPPA released the official music video on December 1, 2020, featuring animation that mirrors the high-energy tone of the recording. By late 2023, the video had accumulated over 200 million views across streaming platforms. This release marked a significant moment in Eve's career, transitioning him from a Vocaloid producer known on Niconico to an international figure recognized for his masked persona and distinctive vocals.
